Single-family coastal residence with a unique program, including an art studio. The location, along with the rugged topography of the land, prioritizes the view of the sea and the Santa Marta Lighthouse. The architecture takes advantage of this fact by adapting to the existing terrain and directing its focus towards these points. This is evident in the large front balcony of the residence, which forms the main facade along with the bold lines of the rest of the building and the combination of materials such as wood and metal roofing tiles, used both for the roof and the wall cladding.
