"A building that embodies sustainable principles, placing wood as the protagonist while emphasizing the use of low-impact materials. The project is located in a traditional residential neighborhood of the city; however, the main street that cuts through the neighborhood is undergoing transformation as new buildings are being designed to accommodate services and commerce. Based on this concept, we decided to create a project that represents this transformation, not only in terms of function but also as an eco-efficient and modern concept to mark this change and demonstrate that the path towards sustainable development is the future of the construction industry."
