The Dagostin Ballroom was designed to be a leisure and family gathering space adjacent to the residence. The project is developed with a steel structure and the reuse of materials, visually connecting the new architecture with the residence, creating a space proposal designed according to visual perspectives and providing comfort and quality through strategies of natural ventilation and lighting that guide the main concepts of the office. The main rooms include a living room, kitchen, and dining room with seating capacity for 14 people comfortably at the dining table, as well as 9 seats at the service counter in front of the barbecue and pizza oven. A service area, a bathroom, and a powder room to support the services, a wine cellar, and a deck complete the atmosphere of tranquility and leisure of the proposal. The contrast between exposed brick, wooden cladding, exposed concrete, and metal structure defines the composition of reused materials and references to the residence. The orientation of the openings and glass panels was designed to favor cross ventilation and the visual integration of vegetation in the environment. The deck provides solar protection and forms a balcony with vertical gardens to welcome guests.
