Developed for a software company, the project was inspired by the design of an old computer monitor. Located on a high plot of land that offers expansive city views, it was carefully oriented to take advantage of the terrain and the position of the building in relation to the sun, with protruding volumes and sunshades protecting the facades. With a total area of 1,711.58 m², the construction was completed in the year 2016.
